     PAN ASIA began importing specialized foreign laborers, after the accumulation of increasing experience, after examining the domestic economic and social development and structural changes, and after sensing a considerable need for domestic helpers in the society. PAN ASIA Manpower deeply perceived a need for specialization and excellent service. Hence, on March 1999 PAN ASIA Main Office divided the Foreign Labor Department and established the “KEVIN AND WINNIE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING CORPORATION.” The name “KEVIN AND WINNIE” is from the English names of the Company’s General Manager, Mr. Tsai Chung Chih’s, son and daughter. It symbolizes a family and along with basic family members, requires a lot of care to maintain.
     Import of foreign domestic helper/ caretakers is like welcoming a new family member. In addition to considering the specialty and responsibility of foreign domestic helper/ caretakers, we treat them seriously and significantly, just as we treat our very own children. To provide a complete service, KEVIN and WINNIE has established chain store branch offices in Taipei, Chung Li, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, to provide our services wider and closer to our Clients and our family.?

During the complicated processing in hiring Domestic Helper/ Caretaker, Kevin and Winnie properly examine every related detail, providing a flawless specialized service.

Computerized processing, locally and internationally Providing a highly efficient and quality service, we developed our very own research on Foreign Labor Management System, starting from application until the foreign workers finish their contract and depart, the whole process is controlled by a computer system which can check processing status anytime.

Provide Periodic Bi-monthly Publication A bi-monthly publication is arranged and manufactured by the company, which contains Domestic Helper/ Caretaker important policies, provides employers with information regarding laws and regulations, or passes on government guidance. Furthermore, it provides news from abroad using local language, language learning, and educational tools for the Domestic Helper/ Caretaker.

Provide self-made Foreign Worker’s Useful Handbook After the domestic helper is deployed, we supply a practical translation handbook specific to their country, like, “Foreign Domestic Helper and Caretaker everyday conversation” “Foreign Domestic Helper and Caretaker’s handbook” etc. to teach the foreign Domestic Helper and Caretaker to adapt to the life and work in Taiwan as quickly as possible.

Provide the company’s Professional Books To promote the employer understanding of the foreign worker’s local customs, practices, and language; materials are compiled and published by our own company.
